Chennai is apparently becoming the Automobile Hub of India. Many famous Auto-Giants like Hyundai, Nissan-Renault, BMW, Ford, etc. are already present in Chennai. And now its the time for General Motors. Auto-Trivia is exclusively reporting this news. Sources close to us say that General Motors is coming up with a new project for Chennai Plant and has already started recruitment process for the Chennai Plant Project. The plant will take at least 2 more years to be completed and start operations. Expect some of the SAIC models or the Chevy Sail too to be manufactured here, as Chennai can prove to be a good Domestic as well as Export hub. As of now, we are only having this much.
